More Bear Lake

Eva LOVED the beach! Everyday she woke up asking to go to the beach.
Eva enjoying her good and plentys. She is always sniffing out good eats.
Audrey has been so cute with Eva lately. She is always watching out for her and protecting her. Here she is helpling her to the beach after a fun boat ride.
Eva never misses out on an opportunity for a good nap. She curled up on a chair and fell asleep on the beach after a fun morning in the sun.
We found Eva asleep on the couch just like this after she went missing for a while. When we woke her up she had a fist full of m&ms and there was a puddle of chocolate drool on the couch. So you can see she is doing her two favorite things - sleeping and eating treats.

Bear Lake

Going to the Beach
Riding the tube with Dad.
Playing in the sand.

I bet you can guess all the places we found sand after this.

We just got back from our family trip to Bear Lake. Audrey had a great time playing with her cousins. She is a fish and loves to be in and by water. She was very brave this trip and took several rides out on the tube with her Dad and cousins.

Fourth of July

For the fourth of July we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house for fireworks. The girls had a "sleep-over" while the adults played games. In case you were wondering Haley won the game.

Audrey had a fashion show play date. As always Eva tagged along. Eva loves to think she is one of the "big girls" and Audrey is usually happy to oblige. We painted nails and had makeovers and then the girls walked the runway.

Nate has decided he is Mr. Hiker Man. He wants to hike all the Salt Lake peaks this summer. So far he has hiked Grandeur peak and Olympus. He is enjoying renewing old friendships during his hikes. He still plans to conquer Twin Peaks and Lone Peak.

Audrey graduated from Kindergarten this year in the top of her class. She had a darling spring program (pictures included) in which she sang about all of the different seasons. She also learned to ride her bike without training wheels. (We are still working on turning, stopping and starting.) She is enjoying swimming, playing and reading this summer. She read a Junie B book her grandma gave her in two days. She is also involved in a summer camp that she attends twice a week with a friend. She is looking forward to a visit from her Aunt Chelsy and a trip to Bear Lake later this month.

Eva has turned into a little ham in the last few months. She loves to talk even if there is nothing to say and she only has one volume - really loud. She still loves shoes especially flip flops. She is always making us laugh. Her favorite toys are polly pockets because they have lots of shoes she can take on and off. She will literally spend hours doing this. She also loves anything Dora. She some how managed to learn her colors and some of her numbers and letters despite the lack of effort on my part. I have to say we were a little surprised because she always struck us as a little bit of an airhead. She is very clumsy and is always falling down and bumping in to things. We love her to pieces!
